Laser Cutting & Fabrication
Amada Lasers capable of cutting mild steel up to 1" thick, stainless and aluminum up to 1/2". Amada brake presses able to bend a wide variety of sheet and plate. Sheet and plate rolling up to 1/2" thick. Also able to roll angles, C-shape channels and tubing.
CNC Machining
Machining in all types of materials including plastics and exotic materials. Tables with travel up to 60".
Tube Bending
Capable of bending up to 2-1/2" diameter tubing as well pipe and square tubing. CNC or manual bending available.
Welding
Tig and Mig welding available as well as spot welding and brazing.
Wireforms
Wireforms up to 1" diameter in various shapes and sizes.
Springs
Compression springs, Torsion springs and Extension springs from .018" to .500" wire.
Stampings
5 HMI Hydraulic presses and 1 mechanical punch press capable of stamping up to .250".
Assembly
Assembly work including pem insertion, riveting, staking and all types of fastening. Custom packaging also available.
